Mike Brannigan: I feel my greatest running achievement is qualifying as a team for the Nike XC Nationals 2013 in Portland, OR.

Mike Brannigan: The best piece of advice I have ever received is from my Assistant Coach, Bob Berkely, to set specific running goals, long and short term, and to also set life goals.

Mike Brannigan: Training, diet, and getting enough rest.

Mike Brannigan: I cross myself before every race.
